Indian iPhone 16 buyer won't be able to enjoy Apple AI features, at least for the year.
Apple introduced SIRI AI update with the iPhone 16 launch. The AI features will be rolled out to US only users this year, with US (English) language support.
After 3 months, Apple will introduce the AI features to UK and other countries, while Apple will roll out AI feature support for English (China) only next year.
At the time of the iPhone 16 launch, there was no mention of AI features for English (India). But would instead be able to use the AI feature with US (English) or English (UK) support and other supported countries.
The latest iOS 18 update brought new and updated SIRI, with the introduction of AI (artificial Intelligence) features. Features like sorting images, creating memories, texting option, writing assistance for messages, emails, summarized notifications, and many other AI powered features.
iPhone 16 launched at $799 in US. and will be available to Indian markets for around ₹67,000.
