The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has issued an advisory, predicting very cold conditions, with a chance of frost during morning hours.
The weather will be sunny on Tuesday, but Wednesday and Thursday are forecasted to remain cold and partly cloudy, with temperatures ranging from -1 °C to 1 °C.
Across the country, cold and dry conditions persist, with hilly areas like Leh (-13 °C). Skardu (-5 °C) seeing freezing temperatures.
Quetta sees -4 °C, Peshawar recorded 4 °C, Lahore recorded 8 °C, Karachi records temperatures as low as 11 °C so far, Faisalabad sees as low as 5 °C in the winters so far, while average temperature hovers around 10 to 15 degree Celsius.
Fog is affecting visibility in southern and upper Punjab and Sindh.
